SoOakland LLC, has received generous amounts of donations towards our REBUILD OAKLAND BLACK BUSINESS FUND. This fund is to help start the re-building of Oakland Black owned businesses that have been vandalized, destroyed, and damaged during the recent protest. We are also aware of those who are suffering financial hardship through Covid-19, and we want to help all those in need.
We are issuing grants of $1500-$2000 to Black owned businesses with storefronts damaged by the protest
We are issuing $600 to businesses affected by Covid-19(you can not receive combined amounts)
We are funding small independently-owned, Black owned-based businesses ONLY
Accepting applications on a consecutive basis and will be distributing funds weekly,
We aim to have applications processed and funds distributed within 5 days (via check or money pay systems)
Your business MUST be located in OAKLAND,CA
