Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, SoOakland LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services or participation in our events.
